This is going to be long, negative at first. I took my son (4) in earlier today to get a haircut. The stylist that called us back immediately looked like she didn’t want to cut his hair as soon as she saw it was a child’s cut. He is usually very well behaved and likes getting his hair cut so I just thought, we will get in and get out with no problem. I was wrong. My first issue was that she never even spoke to my son. Didn’t greet him, nothing. And was rude during his entire hair cut. She hurt him while she shaping up around his neck... so he cried. You could tell by then that she was so irritated and just wanted him out of the chair. She finished cutting his hair asked “is this good enough?” And walked up to the front so I could pay. When we left I noticed one side was blended, the other was not. The top of his hair was cut short in some spots, not at all in others. It was just a mess. And he was upset to top it off. So, I called back and spoke with Aleshia and requested that she cut his hair because I was on my way back. She did a WONDERFUL job. From the moment we got there she talked to him, asked him about his day, what he had for lunch, they talked about games... everything. He smiled the entire time and she did SUCH a good job on fixing his hair. I will definitely be going back to her in the future. She made what started out as a crappy experience, a great one. I get that sometimes kids hair cuts are difficult and some can be frustrating. But not all kids are like that, like my son for instance. So thank you Aleshia for helping us and turning his day around!

Let me start to say we are so sorry for your first experience with the first stylist. We will make sure the management team is aware of your time in their store. Thankfully Aleshia was there to save the day, she is a wonderful stylist. We are so glad you called so they could make it right. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
